I work to advance diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) in organizations while also pursuing doctoral studies in Leadership in Educational Equity at the University of Colorado Denver. My research interests focus on operationalizing DEI in organizational contexts through practices informed by critical race theory, liberatory pedagogy, decoloniality and anti-racism approaches.
